A NOTE TO OUR MEMBERS WITH FOOD
ALLERGIES AND SPECIAL DIETARY
REQUESTS:
The OCSC strives to do its  best to make
accommodations to those of you with
legitimate food allergies (peanuts,
strawberries, eggs, etc.) However, we
cannot guarantee the absence of those
allergens in the food we contract to
serve.  If you have a food allergy, please
let us know as soon as possible, so we
can try to limit your exposure.  
For those members with food dislikes or
aversions: We ask our membership to
limit special meal requests to those who
have allergies or religious restrictions, if
at all possible.  Most luncheons will have
a choice of two meals, or a diverse
buffet. Please realize that we plan our
menus at least 60 days in advance, and
try to bring to our membership  a wide
range of choices in both types of food
served and the style in which it is
prepared. We  do encourage suggestions
 for menu  selections. Unfortunately, we
cannot ensure that  special meal
requests will be met, as we contract out
all food preparation.  To notify us of your
